Short description: IDPH-WOMENS HEALTH-REPORT Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Public Health to report at least once each quarter to the General Assembly on the implementation of the provisions concerning women's health issues. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Public Health) The fiscal impact upon the Department would be deflection of current resources from programs for the purpose of quarterly reporting. The Department's Office of Women's Health would compile the quarterly reports using current staff and re- sources.
