Provides that with respect to claims against the assets of an insurance company, a claim against assets maintained in a separate account that is not chargeable with liabilities arising outside of that account shall be satisfied out of the assets of that separate account. Makes other changes. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code.
