TWP CD-VACANCY-TWP OFFICE                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Township Code.  Allows township  electors  to  fill  a      
   vacancy in any township office at a special meeting (now, the electors      
   may fill only vacancies on the township board at the special meeting).      
   Effective immediately.
