SUPPORT-CONTINUANCES                                                       

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code, the  Illinois  Marriage  and      
   Dissolution  of  Marriage Act, the Non-Support Punishment Act, and the      
   Illinois Parentage Act of 1984.  Provides that  each  party  shall  be      
   granted  no  more  than  2  continuances in a court proceeding for the      
   enforcement of a support order.                                             
          FISCAL NOTE (Office of the Illinois Courts)                          
          The fiscal impact of HB 1767 on the judicial branch would be         
          minimal.
