Requires the Department of Public Health to make a detailed report to the General Assembly each quarter on its progress in implementing certain requirements and goals concerning prevention and treatment of AIDS. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. In a provision requiring the Department of Public Health to report on its progress in implementing certain requirements and goals for the prevention and treatment of AIDS, changes the reporting requirement from quarterly reports to reports by March 31 and September 30 each year.
