ENVIRONMENTAL-WHITE GOODS                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Environmental Protection Act.  Adds personal computers      
   to the definition of "white goods" and cathode  ray  tubes  containing      
   lead  to  the  definition  of  "white  good  components".    Effective      
   immediately.
