Beginning January 1, 2002, imposes an additional tax on adjusted gross receipts at a rate such that a licensee may retain exactly 20% of adjusted gross receipts after the payment of all taxes imposed under the Act. Provides that the tax shall be paid into the State Gaming Fund. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Further amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that the supplemental tax shall be imposed on adjusted gross income rather than adjusted gross receipts. Defines the term "adjusted gross income".
