Provides that the term "employment" does not include services performed by a person as a referee of an amateur sporting event employed by an organization exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the federal Internal Revenue Code and who is paid gross annual compensation not exceeding $5,000 for those services. Effective immediately.
