$AGING-DHS-COMMUNITY SERVICS                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates  $25,000,000   from   the   General   Revenue   Fund      
   ($10,000,000  to  the  Department  on  Aging  and  $15,000,000  to the      
   Department of Human Services) for various purposes in connection  with      
   the  provision of home and community-based services. Effective July 1,      
   2001.
