Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Unified  Code  of  Corrections.   Provides  that   a      
   defendant  convicted  of compelling organization membership of persons      
   in which the organization is a gang may receive only a maximum of  4.5      
   days  of  good conduct credit for each month of his or her sentence of      
   imprisonment.                                                               
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Corrections)                              
          There will be a prison population of 9 inmates and fiscal            
          impact of $1,613,400.
