UNEMPLOY INS-SUBCHAPTER S                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act.  Provides  that  the  term      
   "employment"  does  not  include services performed by an officer of a      
   corporation organized as  a  Subchapter  S  corporation  if  the  only      
   stockholders  and  employees  of  the  corporation are officers of the      
   corporation.
