Extends the deadline for establishing service credit for certain contractual services rendered to a member of the General Assembly. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Illinois Pension Laws Commission) The fiscal impact of SB 2114 cannot be calculated, as the amount of service credit that would be established is unknown. There would be a fiscal impact, as the person establishing the service credit is required to make only the employee contri- butions, plus interest.
