RAUSCHENBERGER. 305 ILCS 35/6-4.5 new Amends the Medicaid Revenue Act. Requires the Department of Public Aid to submit a quarterly report to the General Assembly concerning the average Medicaid expenditures per patient for each authorized service provided and for prescriptions, the average number of prescriptions per patient, information concerning expenditures and numbers of prescriptions that exceed those averages, and an explanation of steps being taken to control Medicaid costs.
