Provides that sales to minors prohibited under the Acts include sales using the Internet. Provides that if the State's Attorney has reasonable cause to believe that a person is engaged in, or has engaged in, any act involving a prohibited sale to a minor using the Internet, the State's Attorney may bring a civil action for injunctive relief against the person.
