CULLERTON.

   105 ILCS 5/27-24.3        from Ch. 122, par. 27-24.3                        

        Amends the School Code. Removes a provision that allows a  school      
   district  to adopt a policy to permit proficiency examinations for the      
   practice driving part of the driver education course at any time after      
   the completion of 3 hours of practice driving under direct  individual      
   instruction.
