WALSH,T. 605 ILCS 5/3-105.2 new Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that the Department of Transportation shall allocate among the Department of Transportation districts of the State the amounts received from the federal government for aid in the construction and maintenance of highways. Provides that the amount allocated to a district shall be in the proportion which the total mileage of State highways in the district, including toll highways, bears to the total mileage of all State highways in the State, including toll highways.
