SIEBEN.

   35 ILCS 5/201             from Ch. 120, par. 2-201                          

        Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. With respect to the education      
   expense credit, provides that for taxable years  ending  on  or  after      
   December  31, 2002, "school" includes schools located outside Illinois      
   (now, limited to schools in Illinois). Effective immediately.
