RAUSCHENBERGER-LAUZEN.

        Makes appropriations and reappropriations to the Department of         
   Commerce and Community Affairs for the fiscal year beginning July 1,        
   2001.  Effective July 1, 2001.                                              
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Deletes the appropriation of $6,000,000 to the Department of           
   Commerce and Community Affairs from the Coal Development Fund for           
   the Coal Demonstration Program.
