SILVERSTEIN. 305 ILCS 5/12-4.36 new Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that if, after an audit of a vendor of goods or services to Medicaid recipients, the Department of Public Aid determines that there has been an underpayment or overpayment to the vendor, the Department shall reimburse the vendor for any underpayment and shall collect from the vendor the amount of any overpayment.
