   625 ILCS 27/15                                                              

        Amends the Renter's Financial Responsibility and Protection  Act.      
   Provides  that  a rental company may not refuse to rent a vehicle to a      
   person who is 18 years old or older based solely  upon  that  person's      
   age.  Effective immediately.
