          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)
The fiscal impact of SB707 cannot be determined, as it depends
on the amount of service credit established. The fiscal impact
is expected to be minor, as the employee is required to make
the employee contributions (with interest) and the City is
required to make the corresponding employer contributions.
