MOLARO. 65 ILCS 5/11-80-2a from Ch. 24, par. 11-80-2a Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that a municipality with a population over 1,000,000 that receives State funds for the maintenance of streets or roads within that municipality shall not restrict parking on any street or road to residents only, except that a municipality may restrict parking to residents only during special events for which a special parking sticker may be required.
