CULLERTON-SILVERSTEIN-LINK. 720 ILCS 5/24-3.6 new Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Prohibits the transfer of more than one handgun within a 30-day period. Exempts federally licensed firearm dealers who purchase handguns as inventory in the regular course of business, the military, law enforcement officials, certain hunters, and other specified persons. Provides that a violation is a Class 4 felony.
