RIGHTER, BLACK, HOWARD, COULSON, SOTO, MYERS,RICHARD, 
   WINTERS, FEIGENHOLTZ, BELLOCK, FLOWERS AND BERNS.

        Urges the Director of Public Health and the Administrator of  the      
   Newborn  Screening Program to take appropriate action in disseminating      
   information to parents of    newborns  regarding  all  of  the  inborn      
   disorders that may be detected through newborn screening.
