MARQUARDT. 40 ILCS 5/7-142 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 7-142 30 ILCS 805/8.26 new Amends the IMRF Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that the early retirement discount does not apply to a person who retires with at least 15 years of creditable service in the position of Assistant State's Attorney. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Illinois Pension Laws Commission) The fiscal impact of HB 6021 cannot be determined, but is ex- pected to be minor, as the number of Assistant State's Attor- neys who would no longer be subject to the early retirement discount is estimated to be small.
