OSMOND.

   215 ILCS 5/534.3          from Ch. 73, par. 1065.84-3                       

        Amends the  Insurance  Guaranty  Fund  Article  of  the  Illinois      
   Insurance  Code.    Excludes from covered claims a claim under certain      
   policies where the deductible or retention amount is $250,000 or more.      
   Effective immediately.
