HOFFMAN.

   725 ILCS 5/110-7          from Ch. 38, par. 110-7                           

        Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963.  Provides that the      
   court may direct that all or part of  an  accused's  bail  deposit  be      
   remitted  to  the accused's counsel of record in payment of attorney's      
   fees.  Effective immediately.                                               
          FISCAL NOTE (Administrative Office of Illinois Courts)               
          HB 5903 would have no fiscal impact on the judicial branch.          
          JUDICIAL NOTE (Administrative Office of Illinois Courts)             
          HB 5903 would neither increase nor decrease the number of            
          judges needed in the State.
