DART. 730 ILCS 140/3 from Ch. 38, par. 1583 Amends the Private Correctional Facility Moratorium Act. Removes the exceptions from the provision prohibiting the State from contracting with private contractors or private vendors for the provision of services relating to the operation of a correctional facility or the incarceration of persons in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
