BERNS. Appropriates the sum of $2,862,900 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture for the purpose of expanding the exportation of Illinois grown crops. Appropriates the sum of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Agricultural Premium Fund for pass through to the Department of Agriculture's Bureau of Marketing and Promotion for expenses connected with the promotion and marketing of Illinois agriculture and agricultural exports.
