HOLBROOK. 105 ILCS 5/18-8.05 Amends the School Code. In calculating supplemental general State aid, provides that "Low-Income Concentration Level" is the low-income eligible pupil count as determined by the Department of Human Services based on the number of pupils who are eligible for Medicaid or food stamps (instead of the low-income eligible pupil count from the most recently available federal census) divided by the Average Daily Attendance of the school district.
