DELGADO-SOTO. 105 ILCS 5/14-8.02 from Ch. 122, par. 14-8.02 Amends the School Code. In a provision requiring that the determination of eligibility for admission to a special education class be made within 60 school days from the date of referral by school authorities for a psychological evaluation by the district, provides that "date of referral" means the date on which an evaluation is requested. Effective immediately.
