   705 ILCS 405/2-18         from Ch. 37, par. 802-18                          

        Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides  that  a  signed,      
   recorded,  or  videotaped statement relating to the abuse, neglect, or      
   dependency of a minor made by  a  non-party  who  is  unavailable  for      
   testimony  is  admissible  in  evidence under specified circumstances.      
   Effective immediately.
