YARBROUGH. 625 ILCS 5/11-408 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-408 625 ILCS 5/11-412 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-412 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, with specified exceptions, a motor vehicle accident report is confidential for a period of 60 days after the report is filed. Provides that a person who improperly discloses accident report information or improperly gains or attempts to gain access to accident report information is guilty of a Class 3 felony. FISCAL NOTE (Illinois State Police) There will be no fiscal impact to the Illinois State Police.
