BELLOCK.

   65 ILCS 5/11-37-2         from Ch. 24, par. 11-37-2                         

        Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Permits a  municipality  with      
   an   electrical  commission  to  appoint  a  professional  engineering      
   consultant as a member of the  commission  instead  of  an  electrical      
   contractor,  a  journeyman  electrician, and a registered professional      
   engineer.
