HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 50 ILCS 20/3 from Ch. 85, par. 1033 Further amends the Public Building Commission Act. In the definition of "municipal corporation", includes school districts and boards of education of school districts with a population of not less than 100,000 but not more than 500,000. Provides that contracts for the construction, alteration, improvement, repair, enlargement, or demolition of buildings that are more than $10,000 (now, $5,000) must be let by competitive bidding.
