   5 ILCS 140/7              from Ch. 116, par. 207                            

        Amends the Freedom of Information Act.  Exempts computer  graphic      
   systems  from  disclosure when disclosure could reasonably be expected      
   to produce private gain or public loss.  Effective immediately.
