Adds new quick-take authority for the following entities: the Village of Lincolnwood (for a municipal parking lot, construction of the East West Connector Road, and public works usage and storage); the Village of Bolingbrook (for roadway extension); the Village of Downers Grove (for off-street parking facilities); the Village of Mount Prospect (for a new village hall and a public parking facility); the City of Neoga (for easements for extending the municipal water works system); the Village of Plainfield (for constructing road, water, sewer, and drainage systems to serve existing and planned park and school sites); and the City of Champaign and Champaign County (for the Olympian Drive construction and reconstruction project).
