   65 ILCS 5/11-9-5 new                                                        
   70 ILCS 705/17.5 new                                                        

        Amends the  Illinois  Municipal  Code  and  the  Fire  Protection      
   District  Act.    Provides  that members of fire departments may enter      
   into  mobile  home  parks  for  the  purpose  of  carrying  out   fire      
   inspections,   including,   but   not  limited  to,  the  testing  and      
   maintenance of fire hydrants.
