   320 ILCS 25/Act title                                                       
   320 ILCS 25/1             from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 401

   320 ILCS 25/4             from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 404                         

        Amends the Senior Citizens  and  Disabled  Persons  Property  Tax      
   Relief  and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act.  Changes the short title of      
   the Act to the Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance  Act.      
   Provides that the property tax relief applies to all persons (not just      
   persons  at  least  65 years of age and disabled persons) who meet the      
   income eligibility requirements.  Requires the Department  of  Revenue      
   to  adjust  income  eligibility  requirements  to  reflect  inflation.      
   Changes  the  maximum amount of a grant, except as otherwise provided,      
   to $900 (rather than $700) less 4.5% of household income for the  year      
   for  those with a household income of $18,000 (rather than $14,000) or      
   less, or $90 (rather than $70) if the household income for the year is      
   more than $18,000 (rather than $14,000).
