CAPPARELLI. 20 ILCS 3805/32 from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 332 Amends the Illinois Housing Development Act. Authorizes the Illinois Housing Development Authority to provide advisory, consultative training, and educational services to nonprofit corporations, housing corporations, and limited-profit entities to assist them in acquiring housing or financial expertise. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Illinois Housing Development Authority) This legislation would have no fiscal effect on the Housing Development Authority at this time.
