KRAUSE. 65 ILCS 5/11-42-2.2 Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the corporate authorities of a municipality may regulate, license, or inspect a retail establishment that sells cigarettes or other tobacco products. Allows the corporate authorities to determine the location of vending machines that sell cigarettes or other tobacco products.
