   30 ILCS 330/2             from Ch. 127, par. 652                            

        Amends the General Obligation Bond Act.  Reduces  the  amount  of      
   bonds authorized to be issued under the Act by $1.                          
          STATE DEBT NOTE (Economic and Fiscal Commission)                     
          HB 2137 would decrease the total amount of General Obligation        
          bonds the State is authorized to issue, sell and retire by $1.       
          STATE DEBT NOTE, ENGROSSED (Economic and Fiscal Commission)          
          Same as previous note.
