1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate recognize the
3 extraordinary contributions that people make in others'
4 lives; and
5 WHEREAS, We mourn the untimely passing of Anthony A.
6 "Tony" Peeples, who left this life on April 27, 2002 at age
7 67; and
8 WHEREAS, Tony Peeples spent his life as a teacher, the
9 beloved "Mr. Peeples," cultivating young minds and stretching
10 them to reach their fullest potential before his retirement;
11 and
12 WHEREAS, Tony Peeples was also an established
13 businessman, who served as President of his family-owned
14 property management company; and
15 WHEREAS, Tony Peeples, age 67, was the beloved husband of
16 Audrey and the loving father of Jennifer and Michael; and
17 WHEREAS, Tony Peeples was the brother of Anita Jones,
18 brother-in-law of John Patterson, Arthur Rone, and Ronne
19 Hartfield, and uncle to several nieces and nephews; and
20 WHEREAS, Tony Peeples will be memorialized by those who
21 knew and loved him; therefore, be it
22 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
23 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we send our deepest
24 sympathies to the family and friends of Anthony A. "Tony"
25 Peeples; and be it further
26 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
27 presented to the family of Anthony A. "Tony" Peeples.
