1 AN ACT in relation to public aid.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
5 changing Section 12-13.05 as follows:
6 (305 ILCS 5/12-13.05)
7 Sec. 12-13.05. Rules for Temporary Assistance for Needy
8 Families. All rules regulating the Temporary Assistance for
9 Needy Families program and all other rules regulating the
10 amendatory changes to this Code made by this amendatory Act
11 of 1997 shall be promulgated pursuant to this Section. All
12 rules regulating the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
13 program and all other rules regulating the amendatory changes
14 to this Code made by this amendatory Act of 1997 are repealed
15 on July 1, 2006 January 1, 2003. On and after July 1, 2006
16 January 1, 2003, the Illinois Department may not promulgate
17 any rules regulating the Temporary Assistance for Needy
18 Families program or regulating the amendatory changes to this
19 Code made by this amendatory Act of 1997.
