1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2030
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 2030, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 10, by replacing lines 9 through 13 with the
5 following:
6 "be determined by the court. The person shall not be eligible
7 for probation in order to reduce the sentence of imprisonment
8 or community service.
9 (a-7) A person convicted for a violation of this Section
10 whose violation was the proximate cause of an injury to a
11 peace officer is guilty of a Class 4 felony.".
