1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1968
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1968, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of Senate
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 39, in line 15, after the period, by
5 inserting "In the case of a site investigation report
6 prepared or supervised by a Licensed Professional Geologist,
7 the required certification may be made by the Licensed
8 Professional Geologist (rather than a Licensed Professional
9 Engineer) and based upon generally accepted principles of
10 professional geology.".
