1 AN ACT concerning health care.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Health Care Purchasing Group Act is
5 amended by changing Section 40 as follows:
6 (215 ILCS 123/40)
7 Sec. 40. Renewability. A All health insurance contract
8 contracts issued under this Act is are subject to the
9 renewability provisions of the Illinois Health Insurance
10 Portability and Accountability Act.
