1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1655
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1655 on page 1,
3 line 5, after "changing", by inserting "Sections"; and
4 on page 1, line 6, after "18c-1703", by inserting "and adding
5 Section 18b-103.2"; and
6 on page 1, line 24, by replacing "Police Officer or" with
7 "Police Officer, Secretary of State police officer, or"; and
8 on page 2, line 26, by replacing "Police and" with "Police,
9 Secretary of State police officers, and"; and
10 on page 2, below line 32, by inserting the following:
11 "(625 ILCS 5/18b-103.2 new)
12 Sec. 18b-103.2. Secretary of State police officers;
13 training. Secretary of State police officers must undergo
14 the same motor carrier safety training required for Illinois
15 State Police officers under the rules of the Department of
16 State Police."; and
17 on page 3, line 6, by replacing "Police and" with "Police,
18 the Secretary of State, and"; and
19 on page 3, line 13, by replacing "Police and" with "Police,
20 Secretary of State police officers, and; and
