1 AN ACT in relation to judicial vacancies.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 (705 ILCS 40/0.1) (from Ch. 37, par. 72.41-2)
5 Sec. 0.1. Short title. This Act may be known and cited
6 as the Judicial Vacancies Act.
