1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1171
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1171, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 12, by replacing lines 29 through 31
5 with the following:
6 "the building project, including leases contracted on or
7 before October 1, 1991, between a public building commission
8 and a community college district in a county that, on October
9 1, 1991, had a population not less than 300,000 and not
10 more"; and
11 on page 30, by replacing lines 9 through 12 with the
12 following:
13 "Law, a lease entered into on or before October 1, 1991, by a
14 public building commission and a community college district
15 in a county that, on October 1, 1991, had a population of not
16 less than 300,000 and not more than 400,000, may be amended
17 to provide for the".
